Welcome to Fusion
Fusion Resources Limited (“Fusion”) is a mineral exploration
company based in Perth, Western Australia. The Company commenced trading
on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) on 3 May 2005 (ASX
Code – “FSN”) after a successful Initial Public Offering
(“IPO”).
Fusion has a number of advanced uranium exploration projects
located in the world class mineral province of the Mt Isa belt in Queensland,
including:
- Valhalla North – located directly north of Summit
Resources’ Valhalla uranium deposit (57 million pounds of U3O8)
- Andersons South – located directly
south of Summit Resources’ Andersons deposit (5 million pounds of
U3O8)
- Mary Kathleen South – located southeast of the
Mary Kathleen mine which produced 19 million pounds of U3O8
Fusion also has a uranium exploration project in Western Australia and gold
and base metal exploration projects in Queensland.
Fusion is focused on implementing an
aggressive exploration program, with a strong emphasis on the application
of modern exploration technologies and targeted drilling, to evaluate these
uranium projects.
The Board of Fusion includes Directors experienced in
the resources industry and in particular, uranium exploration. The
Board will continue to utilise this experience to identify both uranium and
other resource opportunities, including potential acquisitions, joint ventures,
or investments in the resources sector, which can enhance shareholder value.
